Soccer tipster Bautista Agut on the Madrid Masters: I was waiting for a wild card, but the tournament is owned by IMG and patronizes its clients
Roberto Bautista Agut commented on the fact that he did not receive a wild card in Madrid.
The former world number nine had previously played in the main draw at the Masters in Madrid eight times. In 2014, he reached the semi-finals.
Now he is 86th. Bautista Agut entered the main draw as a lucky loser.
The tournament organizers provided all five wild cards to players who have a contract with IMG.
I had to play qualifying, that`s all. Yes, I was waiting for the wild card, but well, I was always in a privileged position while my colleagues complained.
I understand that the tournament is owned by IMG and is a patron of its clients. They look after their own interests, but this tournament receives a lot of money from sponsors and Spanish structures. This does not happen anywhere in the world, in no country, in any tournament predictions by
soccer predictions in which I play, we do not see anything like this. This only happens on our website
